1. Why do you design a survey as an activity of post-listening?

First, according to the new curriculum standard of English, the post-listening part should be designed with the activities that student can improve their English by communicating with each other with the new things learned in the pre-listening and while-listening parts.So I decide to use some communicative activities in the post-listening part.
Second, survey is a good activity to improve students’ communicative ability. Because through survey, students should discuss with their group members by using the target language we have learned today. It can not only help students cultivate a habit of cooperation, but also help them improve their speaking skills. Meanwhile, the knowledge points of this lesson can be consolidated, and I can make role play or a discussion in this part, too.
So I design a survey as the activity of post-listening part.
2. 如果你在上课过程中,学生指出你的板书书写错误,或者你讲解的知识点存在错误,这时候你怎么处理?

当在授课过程中出现这样的问题时,我会仔细回复讲过的知识点或者板书是否真的存在错误。如若真的存在,我会当场指出错误,以及改正错误,将正确的知识点再次讲解或者更正板书。并对这位同学提出表扬,鼓励全班同学当遇到不解的问题时,可以大胆提问,并维持好班级秩序,继续上课即可。
3. What qualities do you have as a junior high school English teacher?

From my perspective, I think a middle high school teacher should have rich professional knowledge, be patient with students, and can make a good influence to students.
First of all, I love English, so I chose English as my major. And I studied hard when I was in the university, so I believe that I can teach my students well with my rich professional knowledge. Second, I love children, so when my students make some mistakes, I would be patient with them. I believe that it’s a good skill to get along with them, which a good teacher should have. Because, as we all know, a good qualified teacher can not only teach well, but also show concern to students. Last but not least, I love trying different things in my life, and I am eager to get success, so I believe those two kinds of spirit can influence my students and help my students cultivate a good habit.
